Hyannis Painting just completed the exterior repainting of my home in Chatham, Massachusetts. Their work was close to perfection and their cost was significantly below prices we received from other painters. We were not at the home during most of the job and their communication was incredible. They completed the work in the promised time frame and offered inexpensive and smart solutions to deal with some older shingles and plywood. Their left our home clean and neat upon completion. It is a tough time to get any contractor to do work on the Cape as they are overwhelmed with work. Yet, Hyannis Painting made us feel like we were their most important customer. I rarely give 5 star ratings to any contractors but I would give a 5+ for Hyannis Painting. ~ emmet d

I have had a home on the Cape for over a decade and have used Hyannis Painting several times. Great quality, highly responsive, competitive pricing and perhaps most of all, Roberto is of the highest integrity! Roberto has numerous times gone "the extra mile" to correct minor problems or help with structural issues that emerged during painting projects. Roberto is a man that cares, and wants only happy customers. 2023 update- I just used Hyannis Painting for all new trim I put on my house as well as to paint my garage. Everything was perfect. On time, on budget. Roberto, the owner, stopped by more than once after the initial painting to inspect his crews work. We were so pleased with the services of Hyannis Painting. From the beginning all the way to the completion of the job, they were professional and personable, and provided beyond excellent service. They were honest and open with us and provided status updates continuously. The results were beautiful and our Ocean Edge condo looks brand new! The team at Hyannis Painting was fantastic from start to finish. Showed up on time every day - their attention to detail is FANTASTIC - and the quality of their work is exceptional. They were able to blend some non-pine flooring into wide pine flooring and it looks perfect! The additional work they did in our kitchen was done very well - they left every day with the kitchen very clean and they made sure that we got exactly what we wanted. In fact we saw quickly how good they were and kept adding to the job - and they did some wall repair and painted our bulkhead too - with the same extremely high quality and very transparent pricing. I met Roberto from Hyannis Painting. He did a great job for me in 2021 and now I am ready to make a repeat business with him. He did a great job with my exterior painting last time staining the back deck and shingles in the back of the house. In 2026 we are going to do a full house washing, replace some bad boards on my deck and is going to paint the left side of the house and front shingles. Then, my gutters look so bad at this moment he is going to paint those with metal paint. I expect it will look as wonderful job, like it was the last time. The pictures shows you how dirty my house is at the moment. I am scheduling the work for 2026 which included washing the entire house and house painting. ~ Frances H

I just had the exterior of my house painted. I'm happy to say that it came out fabulous! Roberto, the owner, had made a suggestion to use an accent color on the trim and windows. I hadn't thought of it before. After picking a color I liked, he painted samples in order for me to get an idea of how it might look. I am very pleased our decision. His painter, Mike, and crew were terrific too. Respectful of the property and painting many windows!!! I particularly like that the house was well prepped before the actual painting began too. We chose to have Hyannis Painting Company come to the house to paint several rooms. Diligent and helpful painters came on time each day to prep the walls, fix wall imperfections and paint with Benjamin Moore paint. Roberto answered my questions and also gave me some ideas of what would work best. The finished product looks refreshed and I am quite impressed. They even came back when built ins were put in to do the touch up work to make the rooms pristine perfect. I would definitely use the company again for interior and exterior work. We just had the entire exterior of our house painted. From the very beginning of the process (estimate) to the final paint stroke Roberto and his team were wonderful to work with. They showed up on time every day and left our property looking pristine at the end if each day. I had a large renovation project recently and was in need of a good painter for both the exterior & interior. I thought I had found a good one and was really patient when Covid struck creating delays for everyone. But after excuses and delays and poor workmanship I got taken advantage of. This made me really gun shy locating a painter in an area I wasn’t familiar with. So I took a chance with Roberto @ Hyannis Painting. He quickly gave me an estimate and was prompt for the work that was needed and gave recommendations of what to do better. His company followed through with exactly what I was hoping would be done and the quality of work was excellent. He stayed with the project and was there when he said he would be. The communication with email & texting was excellent. I have worked on many projects including ones that have had painting expenses over $1 million for private residences. Hyannis Painting did an excellent job painting almost the entire interior and one side of the exterior of our house. They painted ceilings, doors, trim, our old pine kitchen cabinets, repaired drywall as needed, and replaced hardware on cabinets and doors. Their work is high quality with attention to detail. Hyannis Painting Co. power washed and painted the exterior of my house. We also had Marlon of the carpentry division, Hyannis Carpentry Co , do trim repairs of our home. Hyannis Painting did an absolutely amazing job with our house project. In addition to painting our entire 3k+ sq ft house ( walls, ceilings, trim, windows,doors,etc) they also sanded and re painted our kitchen cabinets, removed a wall, and did some built in shelf repair work. Roberto and his talented workers painted our condo complex's exterior, which included powerwashing, priming, sanding and painting. Hy.annis Painting did an excellent job refinishing our large (11x30) outdoor deck and railing. We couldn't have asked for a more patient, careful, and respectful crew. Although the late May-early June weather held them up more than once, they did not lose their attention to detail and completed the project to our satisfaction and at a reasonable price. Hyannis Painting took on a project painting our condo in Hyannis starting approximately Nov. 1st and per agreement with Roberto it would be completed by the first week of December. This was a very difficult job in that we had a lot of furniture to move and cover, a 35 foot high ceiling, and carpeting throughout. We live in CT so we were not here to check on the job on a daily basis. We came to the Cape this weekend to check on the job to make a punch list. To our absolute delight, there was no punch list to be made. Roberto and his crew did a fabulous job painting every inch of what the contract said, removing all of the plastic covering furniture and carpet, floor protection, and tape. They removed all debris from the job site. All window treatments, and outlet covers were put back without any issues. The condo looks amazing! We are very particular and could not be any happier with the final result. Do not hesitate to hire Hyannis Painting to do your painting project. There were no hidden extra costs, or delays. I had my entire house painted, including the trim. I’m very pleased with the quality of their work. The crew was great to work with and kept the area very clean throughout the project. There were no surprises, and the job was completed on time. Roberto was a pleasure to work with from the quoting process all the way through project completion. Roberto regularly checked on his crew throughout the project to make sure that the work is completed with a high quality standard. The paint that was used for the trim is a really beautiful, bright white color that really “pops”! . I interviewed several painters before selecting Roberto. I believe that Roberto was the most thorough in his quote, including specific details so that I knew exactly what I was getting. The pricing was very good, and I believe I got excellent value for the price that I paid. Roberto partners with another person to do any carpentry work such as replacing rotted wood trim and replacing broken/missing cedar shingles. His carpenter was excellent and extremely professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Roberto and his team. ~ mkgallen
